We act as a resource hub providing business, wellness, and career support to agencies and workers. This strengthens care for seniors, disabled individuals, and veterans, starting with our enhanced Respite Care Center as the first tangible project.

DMCRS-Detroit Michigan Community Resource Steppers functions as a central resource hub for the home healthcare industry. Our core services empower our members (caregivers and agencies) to thrive:
- Lead Generation & Staffing: Connecting agencies with client leads and qualified healthcare professionals.
- Comprehensive Support: Access to essential life resources including health benefits, transportation solutions, and expert caseworker support.
- Business Growth & Operations: Providing access to growth funding and affordable healthcare billing services.
- Respite Day Centers and other future endeavors: in addition to the other benefits we will develop opportunities we expand our care programs we’lll need DCA’s to manage them therefore creating jobs.
- Health and other Benefits: Being a Direct care worker is not a hustle it is a career that can grow in many directions. With benefits like health insurance DCW’s can enjoy a long lasting lifestyle caring for others.
By supporting the workforce, we directly improve the quality of life for seniors, disabled individuals, and veterans. We ensure they receive critical assistance with personal care (ADLs), daily living support (IADLs), transportation to medical appointments, and essential respite care for family caregivers.
